Last night, GPB, the Georgian national broadcaster, commenced Ranina 2023 – their national selection for the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Round one sees this years participants duet a previous Ranina participant from previous seasons. The first set of participants took part last night, while the second set will take part next Saturday evening. After week one of round one, the leaderboard is as follows:

• 120 – Anastasia Vasadze
• 118 – Anaroza Gaprindashvili & Demetre Okriashvili
• 117 – Nikoloz Kharat
• 115 – Mariam Gomiashvili
