Liverpool City Council, alongside the EBU, have released their Eurovision Promotional Video this afternoon, ahead of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest.

Not only does the video highlight what the Eurovision fans can expect from Liverpool, but also how the Contest will benefit the local community, as well as education in schools. You can watch the Promotional Video below:
