SVT, the Swedish national broadcaster, revealed the full results during last night’s Heat in Linköping. The results were announced using the new App/Telephone scoring presentation. The results in full are:

• 1st Place (Finalist): Maria Sur – “Never Give Up” – Qualified After Round 1 Voting
• 2nd Place (Finalist): Panetoz – “On my way” – 84pts
• 3rd Place (Semi Finalist): Theoz – “Mer av dig” (More of you) – 78pts
• 4th Place (Semi Finalist): Tennessee Tears – “Now I know” – 69pts
• 5th Place: Wiktoria – “All my life (Where have you been)” – 47pts
• 6th Place: Uje Brandelius – “Grytan” (Stew) – 22pts
• 7th Place: Eden – “Comfortable” – 12pts

The total number of votes made were 525,532. The total raised for Radiohjälpen was 425,813 kronor and will be donated to Turkey & Syria. Due to the earthquake in Syria and Turkey, Radiohjälpen is starting a special collection for the victims. Money from the viewer vote in Melodifestivalen’s second competition is also redirected to this collection.

The extensive humanitarian needs are enormous, says Kristina Henschen, Secretary General of Radiohjälpen. Food and clean water, healthcare and shelter are examples of what is needed. We are grateful to be able to adapt so quickly to save lives and alleviate distress for those affected by the earthquake. At the same time, Radiohjälpen’s Ukraine collection continues in parallel.
