S4C, the Welsh national broadcaster, have revealed that they are in discussions regarding participation at Eurovision Choir 2023, in Latvia.

Wales have participated at both the previous editions in 2017 and 2019, before the Coronavirus pandemic led to the cancellation of the 2021 edition. The S4C Press Department, had the following to say:

“We are currently in talks about returning in 2023, but no decisions have been made as of yet.”
