
With a new representative selected for Ukraine at the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest this weekend, during Festivali i Këngës 61, let’s take a look back at the alumni that they will be joining.
Hersi Matmuja represented Albania at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen, Denmark. She participated with “One Night’s Anger”, finishing in 15th place in the Semi Final and 22 points.
Elhaida Dani represented Albania at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna, Austria. She participated with “I’m Alive”, finishing in 17th place and 34 points.
Eneda Tarifa represented Albania at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, in Stockholm, Sweden. She participated with “Fairytale”, finishing in 16th place in the Semi Final and 45 points.
Lindita represented Albania at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest, in Kyiv, Ukraine. She participated with “World”, finishing in 14th place in the Semi Final and 76 points.
Eugent Bushpepa represented Albania at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest, in Lisbon, Portugal. He participated with “Mall”, finishing in 11th place and 184 points.
