
With a new representative selected for Ukraine at the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest this weekend, during Vidbir 2023, let’s take a look back at the alumni that they will be joining.
Zlata Ognevich represented Ukraine at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest, in Malmo, Sweden. She participated with “Gravity”, finishing in 3rd place and 214 points.
Mariya Yaremchuk represented Ukraine at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen, Denmark. She participated with “Tick-Tock”, finishing in 6th place and 113 points.
After a one year break, Ukraine returned at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, in Stockholm, Sweden. Jamala participated with “1944”, finishing in 1st place and 534 points.
O. Torvald represented Ukraine at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest, in Kyiv, Ukraine. They participated with “Time”, finishing in 24th place and 36 points.
