
Over the course of November, on the lead up to the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, we will be celebrating the countries that are taking part at the Contest and their Junior Eurovision story so far. Today, we conclude Albania’s story.
Efi Gjika represented Albania at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Minsk, Belarus. She participated with “Barbie”, finishing in 17th place and 44 points.
Isea Çili represented Albania at the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Gliwice, Poland. She participated with “Mikja ime fëmijëri”, finishing in 17th place and 36 points.
Albania returned to the Contest in 2021, after a one year break in Paris, France. Anna Gjebrea participated with “Stand by You”, finishing in 14th place and 84 points.
Can Kejtlin Gjata take Albania’s first victory with “Pakëz diell”, in Yerevan at the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest?
