🇸🇪 #SWEDEN: Loreen, Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos And Victor Crone For Melodifestivalen 2023?

Aftonbladet, one of Sweden’s leading newspapers, have been keeping an eye on those rumoured to be taking part in Melodifestivalen 2023. We can today bring you a further three names that they have announced.

Loreen is rumoured to be returning to Melodifestivalen for the first time since 2017. In 2017, she took part with “Statements”, however she didn’t get past the Second Chance round. If the rumours are true, Loreen will be returning in 2023 with the team behind “Euphoria”, the winning entry of the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest.

Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos are rumoured to be returning to Melodifestivalen for the first time since 2021. In 2021, they took part with “Rena rama ding dong”, however they didn’t get past the Second Chance round.

Victor Crone is rumoured to be returning to Melodifestivalen for the first time since 2020. In 2020, he took part with “Troubled Waters”, finishing in 9th place, with 57 points in the Grand Final.

The Acts taking part in Melodifestivalen will be announced on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th November. The 19 Acts on Aftonbladet’s list so far are:

  14. Ida-Lova
  15. Victor Crone
  16. Loreen
  17. Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos
  18. Axel Schylstrom
  19. Laurell Barker
