
Over the course of November, on the lead up to the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, we will be celebrating the countries that are taking part at the Contest and their Junior Eurovision story so far. Today, we continue Malta’s story.
Destiny Chukunyere represented Malta at the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Sofia, Bulgaria. She participated with “Not My Soul”, finishing in 1st place (their best position) and 185 points.
Christina Magrin represented Malta at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Valletta, Malta. She participated with “Parachute”, finishing in 6th place and 191 points.
Gianluca Cilia represented Malta at the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi, Georgia. He participated with “Dawra tond”, finishing in 9th place and 107 points.
Ela represented Malta at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Minsk, Belarus. She participated with “Marchin’ On”, finishing in 5th place and 181 points.
