The Armenian Government has revealed that a total of €13million has been spent on the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Yerevan.
The €13million equates to 4.998billion Armenian Drams. Compared to the Eurovision Song Contest, this is €500,000 less than that spent in Sweden, in both 2013 and 2016. The large expenditure has been partly down to the renovation of the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex.
