ABC, the Australian national broadcaster, have announced the return of the Pacific Break Contest in 2022, following a three year absence due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Contest looks for the best original and unsigned artists from across the Pacific. Song submissions are now open and will close on Sunday 27th November. The winner will be announced on ABC Radio Australia’s Pacific Beat show on Thursday 8th December. They will go on to perform at the WOMADelaide Festival.
