Over the course of October and November, on the lead up to the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, we will be celebrating the countries that have participated at the Contest. Today, we celebrate Norway.
Norway debuted at the inaugural Contest in 2003, in Copenhagen, Denmark. 2U finished in thirteenth place with their entry “Sinnsykt gal forelsket”, scoring 18 points.
The most successful entry from Norway was also their most recent entry in 2005, when the Contest took place in Hasselt, Belgium. Malin finished in third place with her entry “Sommer og skolefri”, scoring 123 points. This included three sets of twelve points – from Denmark, Sweden and the EBU.
Join us tomorrow, as we continue to celebrate the countries that have participated at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
