Over the course of October and November, on the lead up to the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, we will be celebrating the countries that have participated at the Contest. Today, we celebrate Croatia.
Croatia debuted at the inaugural Contest in 2003, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Their debut entry was also their most successful entry, when Dino Jelusić finished in first place with his entry “Ti si moja prva ljubav”, scoring 134 points. This included three sets of twelve points – from North Macedonia, Norway and Romania.
The most recent Croatian entry was in 2014, when the Contest took place in Marsa, Malta. Josie finished in sixteenth and last place with her entry “Game Over”, scoring 13 points. This included one set of twelve points from the EBU.
At the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, Garrett joined some of our friends in the Eurovision community, as Josie challenged them to a Jelly Bean challenge.
Join us tomorrow, as we continue to celebrate the countries that have participated at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
