Timur Miroshnychenko, Junior Eurovision Song Contest (2009 & 2013) and Eurovision Song Contest (2017) host, will take the role again for the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest Ukrainian National Final.
Timur Miroshnychenko, had the following to say, after the announcement:
“In my opinion, this is an extraordinary event. The very fact of the national selection and the country’s participation in Junior Eurovision once again proves the strength and indomitability of our people. Because even in the darkest times, we always find the strength to think about the future, not to give up and move forward. We must take special care of the new generation! That is why the cherished “Ukraine!” will sound on the largest children’s stage in Europe, millions of people will hear a Ukrainian song again and see the eyes of our representatives filled with pain and confidence at the same time – this is already a small but extremely important victory!”
Details of the National Final, which will be held on Sunday 18th September, can be found HERE.
