
Today, the 2022 Commonwealth Games concluded, in Birmingham, the United Kingdom. Each day throughout the Games, will be looking at the Commonwealth nations that have sent artists to the Eurovision Song Contest. Today we are looking at the countries that took home the most medals this year.
Congratulations got to Australia! They finished with 🥇 – 67, 🥈 – 57 and 🥉 – 54. To celebrate Australia’s success, let’s go back to the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, when Dami Im took the country’s best position to date – 2nd. This was achieved when she performed “Sound of Silence”, gaining 511 points.
