🥇 #CWG22: Country Profile – Wales (UK)

Today, the 2022 Commonwealth Games continues to take place, in Birmingham, the United Kingdom. Each day throughout the Games, will be looking at the Commonwealth nations that have sent artists to the Eurovision Song Contest. Today we are looking at Wales (UK).

Bonnie Tyler was the United Kingdom’s entry in 2013, when the Eurovision Song Contest took place in Malmo, Sweden. Bonnie performed “Believe in Me”, finishing in 23rd place, with 19 points.

At the Commonwealth Games, Scotland (UK) have had a successful medal haul before the 2022 Games began, with:

  • 🥇 – 13
  • 🥈 – 34
  • 🥉 – 30
