
Today, the 2022 UEFA Women’s European Championship concludes and we will be celebrating it this year, with a Eurovision twist.
Today sees Match Day 20 and Game 31 of the tournament. England (UK) will be playing Germany, from 17:00 GMT/18:00 CET. So which female Eurovision stars are we celebrating today?
England (UK) – Lindsay Dracass (2001)
Lindsay Dracass represented the United Kingdom at the 2001 Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen, Denmark. She finished in 15th place, with “No Dream Impossible”.
Germany – Cascada (2013)
Cascada represented Germany at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest, in Malmo, Sweden. She finished in 21st place, with “Glorious”.
