
RÚV has revealed today the 10 songs competing in Söngvakeppnin 2022, the Icelandic national selection for Eurovision 2022. They are as follows:
Semi-Final One
- Amarosis – “Don’t you know”
- Stefán Óli – “Ljósið” (The light)/ “All I know”
- Haffi Haff – “Gía” / “Volcano”
- Stefanía Svavarsdóttir – “Hjartað mitt” (My heart) / “Heart of mine”
- Sigga, Beta & Elín – “Með hækkandi sól” (With the rising sun)
Semi-Final Two
- Hanna Mia and the Astrotourists – “Séns með þér” (See you soon) / “Gemini”
- Katla – “Þaðan af” (From there) / “Then again”
- Markéta Irglová – “Mögulegt” (Possible) / “Possible”
- Reykjavikurdaetur – “Tökum af stað” (Let’s get started) / “Turn this around”
- Suncity and Sanna – “Hækkum í botn” (Let’s go to the bottom) / “Keep it cool”

The dates for the shows of Söngvakeppnin 2022 are as follows:
Semi-Final One – 26 February 2022 (5 songs competing, 2 will qualify for the Final) 100% televote
Semi-Final Two – 5 March 2022 (5 songs competing, 2 will qualify for the Final) 100% televote
Final – 12 March 2022
First round: 50% jury, 50% televoting
Superfinal: 100% televoting
