
Normally, Eurovision Choir would take place at the end of July or at the beginning of August. Following the CANCELLATION of this year’s Contest, we are looking back at the participating countries that’ve taken part. Today, we are looking at Denmark.
In 2017, when Eurovision Choir took place in Riga, Latvia, Latvia made their debut appearance. Spīgo represented Latvia with “Grezna saule debesīs” and “Es čigāna meita biju”. Latvia took 3rd place.
In 2019, when Eurovision Choir took place in Gothenburg, Sweden, Latvia made their second appearance. Babite Municipality Mixed Choir Maska represented Latvia with “Pērkontēvs” and “Come, God!”. Latvia took 2nd place.
