
A further two countries have declined participation at the forthcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest this year, to be held in Warsaw on Sunday 29th November.
Estonian broadcaster ERR have revealed that Estonia will not be making their debut at this year – the only Baltic country yet to participate at the Contest.
San Marino last participated in 2015, however won’t be returning to the Contest in Warsaw. Like Estonia, San Marino has given no further explanation for their non-participation.
