The Eurovision Song Contest Reference Group, that meets 5-6 times a year, have had three changes made to their line-up. Mr Edoardo Grassi (FT/France), Mr Martin Osterdahl (SVT/Sweden) and Mr Joao Nuno Nogueira (RTP/Portugal) have left the group.
The three replacing members are Ms Carla Bugalho (RTP/Portugal), Ms Zivit Davidovitch (KAN/Israel) and Ms Rachel Ashdown (BBC/United Kingdom). The three newcomers join Dr. Frank-Dieter Freiling (ZDF/Germany & Chairperson), Mr Jon Ola Sand (EBU Representative), Mr Nicola Cagliore (RAI/Italy), Mr Aleksander Radic (RTVSLO/Slovenia), Ms Emilie Sickinghe (AVROTROS/The Netherlands) and Mr Jan Lagermand Lundme (DR/Denmark).
The Reference Group are responsible for format developments, rule changes and brand awareness for the Contest.
