WATCH as Nigar Jamal releases the 3D explosive ‘Empathy for Khojaly’ video

You will remember Nigar Jamal from Azerbaijan’s 2011 winning Eurovision entry ‘Running Scared’.

She has become involved in a project by Index Official

According to the organisation they say

“Empathy, a word that everyone uses but yet a little knows the real meaning. Not a very long time ago, Azerbaijan has witnessed one of the cruelest attacks in human history in Khojaly. The pain of this incident where thousands of people had to leave their homes, and lost their lives is still there for many people, in their hearts and souls. In the 23rd anniversary of Khojaly Massacre, Eurovision winner Nikki Cemal invites the world to empathize their grief with her moving song Broken Dreams.”

The video show is unique where 3D Mapping and Project Mapping techniques were used to create the live visual performance.

This is obviously an emotive subject in Eurasia to the point where the comments on the YouTube video have been disabled.
