Slovenia has confirmed that they have applied to participate at Eurovision 2014. Their application – like that of many others – comes with the note that they are assessing their finances and could reverse that decision before December 15th – the date to withdraw from the contest – which is the last date that countries can withdraw from Eurovision 2014 without any financial penalty to their Broadcaster. 

RTSLOV have not finalised their annual programming budget – so they have applied for Eurovision 2014 yet they may have to review this decision before December 15th. 

This could be the case for many broadcasters but we will know by December 15th
