Albanian Eurovision 2013 Contestants – Bledar Sejko and Adrian Lulgjuraj – have returned from Sweden with their new version of “Identitet” that has been given a slightly Schlager treatment. A new video has been shot and this is sounding and looking fresh for Malmo.
Bledar and Adrian won the Albanian National final in December 2012 at the festival Festivali i Këngës 51. Following the national final the duo went to the Kingside music studio in Sweden to further produce the song “Identitet”. Here is the new video and recording.
Now compare the above version to the original below – there is really no comparison. The new version gets into its stride much quicker and has a much heavier drum and bass synthesis. You can now hear the core melody chords with more distinction and clarity.
This song has gone from being good to being great and a strong contender to qualify for the final. What do you think?
