Norway’s Margaret Berger may have come fourth at Eurovision 2013, but it now looks as if she is ready to join Avicii and David Guetta in America.

Yes Margaret tweeted yesterday that she has just signed a major deal in America with Ultra Records. This is the label that houses the major names of Avicii, Calvin Harris and David Guetta – the worlds leading dance acts.

Margaret is now the ultimate “Poster Girl” for life after song contests! She was runner up in Norwegian Idol in 2004 and then fourth at Eurovision 2013. However it looks as if she is set to score big time in America.

It is very interesting to see that both Margaret Berger and Adelen (Melodi Grand Prix Runner Up 2013) have both been signed to American labels/management – with Adelen (see here) now being represented by Simon Fuller’s company in America also. Norway looks as if it may have been the biggest success to date from Eurovision 2013.

Margaret released her Eurovision Follow up single “Human Race” – that we reviewed here – and this seems to have been the song that sealed the deal for her with Ultra Records in America.

Is there life after Eurovision – Yes there is!
